Many of us have put on some pounds during the COVID-19 pandemic. In fact, according to a Nutrisystem survey with over 2,000 people conducted by OnePoll, around 91% of respondents have gained weight since March 2020. Even reality star Dorinda Medley can relate.
Best known for her role on “The Real Housewives of New York,” Dorinda is just like 71% of those surveyed who are trying to keep a weight loss goal in 2021. She’s keeping it real and spilling the tea on how she is getting back on track.
“Listen, we’ve all gained a little wait during COVID,” says Medley. “At least I have.” That’s until she decided to try Nutrisystem.
“I can’t tell you how amazing I feel after just a few months on their program,” she explains. “It’s truly become a lifestyle for me and I’m loving it so much.”
She explains that the plan is so easy and fun. “You don’t have to think about it. It gets delivered to your house which is so important right now. You don’t have to count calories.
It is all color-coordinated. Red is for dinner, blue is for lunch, yellow is for breakfast.”
Dorinda has lost 11 pounds and seven inches* on Nutrisystem. “I have my pre-COVID body back!” she says.
One of Dorinda’s favorite things about the plan is the easy and convenient Nutrisystem snacks. She’s been loving the Chocolate Flavored Pretzels and Lemon Zest Cake.
She recommends putting the Lemon Zest Cake in the microwave for 11 seconds to warm it up a bit. “It’s dreamy,” she says. She also enjoys the chocolate Nutrisystem Protein and Probiotic Shakes.
Dorinda did the program with a group of people, which she says makes it even more fun. “Every week we would have a Nutrisystem Zoom group,” she says. They would use this time to laugh together, talk about the program and discuss what they wanted to order next.
“If you’re looking for a program that will help you to lose weight and feel great in the New Year, this is it!” says Dorinda. “Let’s make 2021 our year with Nutrisystem!”
