Coconut Water Lemonade Recipe

- 4 cups coconut water (canned or fresh)
- 5 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Juice of 3 calamansi limes (substitute with 3 regular limes if you prefer)
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar (or your favorite sugar-free sweetener)
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 2 cups of ice
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
- Slice lemons into pieces and set aside
- Combine all remaining ingredients (except ice) in a large juice pitcher. Stir until mixed well.
- Add sliced lemons and ice to the pitcher
- Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy!
Coconut Cucumber Limeade Recipe

- 2 cups unsweetened coconut water (canned or fresh)
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 4 limes, juiced
- 1 English cucumber
- 2 cups ice
- Halve, seed, and chop your cucumber. (Leave four thin cucumber wheels to use as an optional garnish.)
- Combine lime juice, chopped cucumbers, coconut water, ice, and honey in a blender.
- Pulse until smooth
