I love the three-quarter-length sleeves on this one — they’re substantial enough to keep you warm in an overly-air-conditioned office but won’t be too annoying to wear under a blazer if you need it. The dress is also fully lined, which is hard to find these days. I would wear it with some shoes in a fun color or maybe a bright pair of earrings, because why not?
