Transformation of the Day: KiKi Nicole lost 41 pounds. She learned how to enjoy the foods she loves while still making healthy choices. Since Sept 2020, she has put in the work, and she’s determined not to give up on her goals.
What was your motivation?
I was my own motivation! Simply looking in the mirror and being unhappy with what I saw motivated me the most.
How did you change your eating habits?
I didn’t/don’t diet. I still eat what I want. However, I just make healthier choices, like eating more fruit to help with sweet cravings. I drink more water, and I still eat carbs and sugars, just LESS of them.
What did your workout routine consist of? How often did you work out?
I worked out 3-5 days a week for an hour, most of the time. I just did 30 minutes of exercise on lazy days.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 245 pounds, and my current weight is 204 pounds.

No, I didn’t have weight loss surgery.
When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take?
I’ve been on my journey since September 2020. I took a break from May to Aug 2021. However, I’ve been back on track since Aug 23rd. Now I’m working with a personal trainer.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned and my best advice: DONT GIVE UP! Consistency is key.
